We bill in milestones, not subscriptions. Here is exactly where the line is — by engagement type — before we countersign.
Custom development
All client engagements are scoped as written, milestone-priced proposals. Refund rules:

After milestone accepted
Code & architecture audits
Audit engagements are fixed-fee, fixed-scope (typically two weeks). Full refund is available if cancelled before the audit kicks off. Once the audit has started, the fee is non-refundable — you receive the written report and prioritised fix list as scoped.
Studio products
Each product the studio operates has its own refund policy governed by that product’s own Terms:

SaaS subscription. Cancel anytime; refunds for the unused period per in-product terms.
MotoBikeBD
Free editorial platform. No payment, no refund.
Toolk
Free developer utilities. No payment, no refund.
ClearRec
Free Chrome extension. No payment, no refund.
BulkMD
Free Chrome extension. No payment, no refund.
How to request

- 02We acknowledge within one business day and confirm the refund amount in writing within 3 business days.
- 03Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method via pay.softwebgrove.com.
Returns
We do not ship physical goods. There is nothing to physically return. For digital deliverables, the IP and access rights granted in your engagement contract govern what happens to delivered work in the event of a refund.
Disputes
Where we disagree on the value of work delivered, we will first attempt good-faith resolution by email and call. If that fails, disputes are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Kushtia.
