Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables (code, designs, assets) is determined by the individual contract with each client. There is no global policy — IP rights are negotiated and specified in each project agreement. Please review and understand the IP clauses in your specific contract.

SoftWebGrove ships and operates its own products — spanning multi-tenant SaaS, editorial platforms, free utilities, and Chrome extensions for AI workflows. Each product has its own terms and conditions:
Limitation of liability
SoftWebGrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
